The Challenge

Navan governs purchasing through an intake-to-procure platform. The problem was never the tool. It was the fit with this category. An EA has 48 hours to confirm a venue inside the CEO’s travel. Every dinner meant a new vendor, a legal review, and roughly five weeks.
